Very good. If you decide to continue this digital artwork, you could make the water coming out from the mid section of her body more realistic, so as it does not look thick and a little cartoony. I'd like to see the water a little more realistic too, like the clear water from your previous version. It looks icy.
Other than those ideas, the colors are good and its overall interesting.
